Company Profile – B-Safe Systems

Introduction
Johann Yssel founded B-Safe Systems in 1996 targeting the safety, security and communication market. His initial aim was to establish a central point of service to a specific customer sector.
Ever since B-Safe has grown in stature due to it’s personal and dedicated service that it renders to its customers.

B-Safe’s mission
We want to provide a universal solution to a specific customer base in a cost effective manner.

Services
Soon after B-Safe started trading it was evident that by providing a comprehensive service to the customer base it could build long-term partnerships with its customers.

Initially B-safe was consulting, planning and implementing security systems on large secure premises. This evolved into providing comprehensive solutions ranging from security systems, to access control and eventually office automation systems. The latter was pursued on request of existing customers that demanded a one-stop service.

Company Structure
Due to the expansion and growth in the range of services that B-Safe provides, it was imperative that the company was structured in such a way that the respective services could operate individually and when required operate together to provide a total solution. This is done through a matrix project management structure, where every section fits into an overall project plan, managed by a dedicated project manager.

As mentioned elsewhere, the expansion in the range of services resulted in the establishment of an office automation section, which is headed by an additional business unit manager.

The company consists of various installation teams, specializing in their respective areas. B-Safe has also established reliable relationships with independent contractors, which are called upon as and when required.

Conclusion
